Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure the best experience and to manage our private chauffeur services effectively, please review our cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price will be applied to cover the costs of vehicle reservation and driver availability.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the scheduled pickup location at the agreed time, or if you cancel on the day of the activity, the full amount of the booking will be charged (100% non-refundable).
Weather & Force Majeure: We prioritize your safety and comfort. If the trip is cancelled by us due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe storms) or unavoidable technical issues with the vehicle, you will receive a 100% refund.
Modification Requests: If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
